Sheet Metal Manufacturing Process
Approved Drawings → Material Preparation → CNC Cutting → Bending → Welding/Riveting → Surface Preparation → Coating → Inspection
1. Material Preparation
Select the approved metal type and thickness according to the manufacturing specification.
2. CNC Cutting
Metal sheets are processed into cabinet panels and structural components using the required cutting methods.
3. CNC Bending
Prepared panels are formed into the specified angles and shapes.
4. Welding and Riveting
Cabinet components are joined according to the approved structure.
5. Surface Preparation
The published LKS factory process includes degreasing, rust removal, neutralization, phosphating and sanding as applicable to the finishing workflow.
6. Surface Coating
The cabinet receives the specified protective and decorative finish, including powder coating where selected.
7. Finished Cabinet Inspection
Inspect dimensions, assembly fit, visible surfaces and required mounting features.
